PikaDuuni ("Sovellus") on ammattilaisten ja asiakkaiden yhdistävä palvelu, joka mahdollistaa palveluiden tarjoamisen ja hakemisen. Tämä yksityisyyskäytäntö selittää, miten keräämme, käytämme ja suojaamme henkilökohtaisia tietojasi.

### 2. Kerätyt tiedot

#### 2.1 Käyttäjän antamat tiedot:

- Sähköposti osoite - Kirjautumiseen ja kommunikaatioon

- Nimi - Profiilin näyttö

- Puhelinnumero - Yhteydenotto

- Kaupunki ja osoite - Palveluiden paikannukseen

- Profiili kuva - Profiilin tunnistukseen

- Puhutut kielet - Palveluiden suodattamiseen

- Biodata/kuvaus - Profiilin esittelyyn

#### 2.2 Palvelun käyttö:

- Luodut ilmoitukset (title, description, category, location, price)

- Hakemukset - Mitä palveluita olet hakenut tai joihin olet jättänyt hakemuksen

- Sijainti data - Palveluiden paikannukseen ja suodatukseen

- Arvioinnit ja kommentit - Palveluntarjoajien arviointi

- Chat-viestit - Kommunikaatio sovelluksessa

#### 2.3 Tekniset tiedot:

- Laite-tunnistimen (RevenueCat & Supabase) - Käyttötutkimukseen

- IP-osoite - Palvelimen loggeihin

- Error logs - Virheiden korjaukseen

#### 2.4 Maksutiedot:

- Maksutiedot käsittelee RevenueCat ja Apple tai Google

- Emme varastoi luottokorttinumeroita

### 3. Kolmannen osapuolen palvelut

#### 3.1 Supabase

- Tarkoitus: Tietokannan, autentikaation ja tietojen varastointi

- Sijainti: EU

- Data: Kaikki käyttäjän profiilin, ilmoitusten ja chat-viestien tiedot

#### 3.2 RevenueCat

- Tarkoitus: In-app ostokset ja tilauspalvelut

- Data: Tilaustieto, osto-historia, laite-tunniste

#### 3.3 Apple App Store & Google Play Store

- Maksut: Apple ja Google käsittelevät kaikki maksut

### 4. Tietojen käyttö

Käytämme tietojasi seuraaviin tarkoituksiin:

✅ Palvelun toimintoon:

- Käyttäjätilien luomiset ja hallinta

- Ilmoitusten hallinta ja haku

- Palveluiden tarjoaminen

✅ Maksuliikenteeseen:

- Tilauspalveluiden käsittely

- Maksujen vastaanottaminen RevenueCatin kautta

✅ Tekniseen ylläpitoon:

- Virheiden korjaaminen

- Palvelun turvallisuus

- Palvelun parantaminen

- Tukipyynnöt

- Päivitykset sovelluksesta

### 5. Tietojen säilytys

- Aktiivisen tilin ajan: Tiedot säilytetään kunnes poistat tilisi

- Poistetun tilin jälkeen: Tiedot poistetaan 30 päivän kuluessa

- Maksutiedot: Apple ja Google säilyttävät maksuhistoriaa 7 vuotta (lakisäätöinen)

- Chat-viestit: Poistetaan 90 päivän kuluessa tilin poistosta

### 6. GDPR - Sinun oikeutesi

Euroopan yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukaan sinulla on oikeus:

✅ Tiedon saantiin

- Voit pyytää kopion kaikista meidän hallussanne olevista tiedoistasi

- Lähetämme sinulle JSON-tiedoston 30 päivän kuluessa

✅ Tiedon poistamiseen

- Voit poistaa tilisi ja kaikki siihen liittyvät tiedot sovelluksesta

- Valitse Profiilin "Delete Account" -painike

✅ Tiedon korjaamiseen

- Voit muokata mitä tahansa profiilitietoja sovelluksessa

✅ Käsittelyn rajoittamiseen

- Voit pyytää meitä lopettamaan tiettyjen tietojen käsittelyn

### 7. Turvallisuus

- Käytämme Supabasen salaus-tekniikoita

- Kaikki viestintä on salattu (HTTPS/TLS)

- Emme jaa henkilökohtaisia tietoja mainostajille ilman suostumustasi

### 8. Lapset

PikaDuuni on ensisijaisesti tarkoitettu aikuisille (18+).

Huoltajilla on vastuu valvoa, mitä sovelluksia alaikäiset voivat ladata.

Emme tarkoituksella kerää henkilökohtaisia tietoja lapsille (alle 13 vuotta). Jos lapsi joutuu sovellukseen, noudatamme:

- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) -vaatimuksia

- EU GDPR:n lapsia koskevia vaatimuksia

Poistamme lapsen tiedot välittömästi, jos huomaamme sen.

### 9. Muutokset politiikkaan

Saatamme päivittää tätä politiikkaa aika ajoin. Ilmoitamme merkittävistä muutoksista sovelluksessa.

- While account is active: Data is retained until you delete your account

- After account deletion: Data is deleted within 30 days

- Payment data: Apple and Google retain payment history for 7 years (legal requirement)

- Chat messages: Deleted within 90 days of account deletion

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

- You can delete your account and all associated data from the application

- Select "Delete Account" in Profile settings

✅ Correct Your Data

- You can edit any profile information in the application

✅ Restrict Processing

- You can request that we stop processing certain information

### 7. Security

- We use Supabase encryption technologies

- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)

- We do not share personal information with advertisers without your consent

### 8. Children

PikaDuuni is primarily intended for adults (18+).

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising what applications minors can download.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from children (under 13 years). If a child accesses the application, we comply with:

- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements

- EU GDPR requirements regarding children

We will delete a child's data immediately if we discover it.

### 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the application.
